Cabana Rentals

If you are planning to host an event soon, our HOA cabana is available for rental between April 1 and October 31 to all of our residents.  This is an ideal place to host a birthday party, shower, anniversary celebration or other event.

To rent the cabana, please contact Lawrence Management at (440) 937-2800 or email efratus@lawrencemanagement.com.  It requires a deposit of $100 and the rental fee is $100.  if everything is in order (the way you found it before you used it) you will get the $100 returned to you.

Pool Parties

Did you know you can rent the cabana and pool outside regular pool hours for private parties?  These parties require one or more life guards to be on duty, so additional fees apply.  Please contact Carlyle Management for more details on the fees, and to schedule your party!
